Bluefin appoints Mike Bruce as Chief Development Officer

Bluefin Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Mike Bruce as Chief Development Officer.  Bruce, the ex-Group Managing Director of Heath Lambert, takes up the role on 1 March 2010.

Stuart Reid, Chief Executive Officer of Bluefin, commented. ‘We are delighted that Mike has chosen to join us at this important time in our development.  We are lucky, very lucky, to get him. He is well known as an industry heavyweight and his knowledge and experience will be invaluable as we grow our business.’

In addition to contributing across the whole of the business as a member of the Management Committee, Bruce will be responsible for the continuing development and implementation of Bluefin’s strategies for underwriting services, claims operations and client services.
