In 2008 SBJ Group was acquired by AXA UK. Two of the four businesses that made up SBJ Group now form part of Bluefin, a recently rebranded AXA business that provides Corporate Consultancy, Financial Advice, Insurance Solutions and Wealth Management.

SBJ Benefit Consultants has joined with Bluefin to provide corporate consultancy services for SMEs and Corporates. SBJ UK has rebranded as Bluefin and continues to provide general insurance and specialist insurance solutions for personal and business clients.

SBJ Global Risks continues to provide its insurance and reinsurance services under SBJ Global Risks. Helix UK continues to provide its insurance support services under the Helix UK brand.
