Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the prize draw rules. 2. The prize is a 12 month household insurance policy. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. 3. The draw is open to all NCMA members with insurance purchasing authority aged 18 years or over. 4. The prize draw is not open to employees of Bluefin Insurance Services Limited or their direct family members, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the draw and their direct family members. 5. We only accept one entry per household. 6. The draw closes at 4.00pm on 31 December 2010. 7. The winner will be chosen at random on or after 31 December 2010 from all eligible entries received and the winner will be notified by post within 14 days of the prize draw closing date. 8. The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to these rules will be final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. 9. If the winner cannot be traced within six months of the prize draw date after reasonable efforts have been made, the prize will no longer be available to that winner and another name will be drawn by the Promoter. 10. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. 11. Entry is free and there is no purchase requirement. 12. The name of the prizewinner can be obtained, after 31 December 2010, by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to: NCMA Prize draw, Marketing Dept., Bluefin Insurance Services Limited, Fountain House, 130 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 5DJ. 13. Bluefin Insurance Services Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the prize at any time without notice if circumstances outside our control make this necessary. 14. The prize draw terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. 15. The promoter is Bluefin Insurance Services Limited.
