Employer Zone offers a wide range of opportunities to make your working day easier, and your Bluefin consultant will help you find out how to make the very most of it.
Functionality is structured under three main areas:
Management Information
Orbit holds a significant amount of information and we wanted to make this more accessible to
you. So we created a number of preset reports that we think you’d find useful.
If you have any specific MI requirements above and beyond our preset tools our Technical team can help by creating unique reports.
Employee Management
This is an area of Employer Zone where you can obtain information on your employees and upload information directly into the system.
It gives you the ability to administer employee details online: adding new joiners, allocating
and updating salaries and benefit packages, and amending pension contribution schedules.
We have also included, under ‘Data Upload’, the ability to upload bulk data when there are
a number of changes to process, that can be done easily and efficiently.
Should you wish, there is also the ability to control the release of login details and passwords for new users, and action password resets for existing account holders.
Key Documents and Schedules
In this area of Employer Zone we publish key documents and monthly schedules, making them easily available to you and safely stored.
As we load them onto the system, you’ll be able to view policy documents and scheme details, including underwriting and claims toolkits It is here that we’ll provide you with your monthly pension payroll schedules.
