Importantly our process can work for employers of any size. We recognise the importance of creating solutions that fit with the size of an employer and its resources; compliance with auto-enrolment does not need to be heavy duty.

Stage 1 - Expert guidance
We’ll help you fully understand your future employer duties and help you engage efficiently with key decision makers in your business.
As further support we will host seminars focusing on auto-enrolment, looking at the main issues and allowing you to seek guidance from us as required.
For those who can’t attend these seminars, we can provide you with a video of the event. We will also produce a suite of Briefing Notes that concisely set out what is required, as the final details of the law are confirmed.

Stage 2 - A report on your options and choices
We will work with you to obtain the right quantitative and qualitative data to produce a detailed report analysing your situation precisely, using a variety of standard and best practice options. We aim, where possible, to validate the data's accuracy about current employment and pension provision.
Using the data collected, our options report will detail several key approaches that you can consider to fulfil your auto-enrolment obligations. We will look at financial issues carefully, but we'll also consider your overall corporate strategy, administrative processes and human resource issues. Using this report we can work with you to identify your preferred options.

Stage 3 - Recommendations
We believe a key part of this process is to look beyond your current situation and understand both your corporate plans and expected future workforce. This way we can help craft a solution that, as far as possible, fits not only today's workforce but also tomorrow's. In particular we specialise in delivering effective online solutions, such as our award-winning Orbit technology.
Although the earlier options report will inform your thinking, it is necessary to design specific solutions that exactly match your business strategy, culture and preferences. Our report at the end of this stage:
